This study aims to provide an overview of the results of the implementation of the soft skills measurement model in students and the factors that play a role in mastering these skills. The research respondents were 143 people from Accounting and Management Study Program students. By using descriptive research methods and a previously developed soft skills measurement tool, namely the soft competency scale-self administrated questionnaire (SCS-SAQ), this study found that the general description of the soft skills index of research participants had a median value of 3.13 on a scale of 4. This shows that students of Universitas Muhammadyah Bandung have high soft skills in supporting the success of their studies. There are eight dimensions of soft skills measured, namely motivation, flexibility, willingness to learn, integrity, relationship building, teamwork & cooperation, leadership and communication skills. The willingness to learn dimension (3.21), which is the willingness and ability to always want to learn, is the aspect that is most mastered by participants compared to other aspects. Flexibility dimension (3.19) is the ability to adapt to the environment, learn effectively in different situations both with individuals and groups. While the dimensions of communication skills (3.01), leadership (3.07) and motivation (3.07) are the lowest dimensions compared to the achievement of other aspects, although still in the good value range.
